HELEN DANKO (nee OZOHAN) On Wednesday, September 26, 2007 in her 85th year, in Waterloo Ontario, of cancer. Beloved wife of John Boris Danko. Dear mother of Daria and Hank Mueller of Toronto and Phillip (deceased 1981). Sadly missed by grandchildren, Susanne Mueller, Stefan and Lisa Muller, along with great-granchildren, Rebecca, Eric and Rachel, all of Toronto. Helen was an active member of the Ukrainian Orthodox Church in Winnipeg. She moved to Toronto in 1958 then on to great adventures in Australia in 1976. She and John moved back to Canada in 2005 to be near their family. Cremation has taken place. A celebration of Helen's life will be held at Luther Village on the Park, Waterloo Ontario on Saturday, October 13 at 1:30 p.m. In lieu of flowers, doantions to the Grand River Hospital Foundation in Kitchener, or your local Cancer Society, would be appreciated. The family would like to thank the Community Care Givers for their love and support to Helen and the family.
