MARY ALICE (MAMIE) GLENN Mary Alice (Mamie) Glenn passed away on Friday, August 31, 2007 at MSA Hospital in Abbotsford, BC at the age of 91 years. She was predeceased by her husband William Lawrence; brother John and sister Margaret. She will be lovingly remembered by her daughter Doris and her husband, Carl McNutt from Parksville, BC; three grandchildren: Cheryl, Darren and Ryan McNutt of Calgary; sister-in-law, Charlotte Whyte of Dryden, Ontario along with several nieces and nephews. Mamie was born in Wolseley, SK and as a child relocated to Graysville, Manitoba. After completion of high school, she moved to Winnipeg, MB to pursue a career in business education. During her time in Winnipeg, Mamie was an active member of Harrow United Church and the Rebekah Lodge. After retirement in 1979, Mamie and Lawrence enjoyed many years together in Abbotsford, BC. Funeral services were held on September 5, 2007 at Valley View Memorial Gardens, Surrey, BC.
