ANTHONY ORVILLE WOODHOUSE March 28, 1977 - September 29, 2007 It is with broken hearts and great sorrow that we announce the sudden and tragic passing of our dear son, brother, uncle, nephew, cousin and friend, Anthony Orville Woodhouse on September 29, 2007. Anthony resided in Fairford in his early childhood but relocated to Winnipeg when he was approximately four years old. He loved the country and moved back and forth between Fairford and Winnipeg. He enjoyed being with his family and relatives and made sure that he visited with them whenever he had a chance. He was easygoing and did not go around looking for trouble. He enjoyed playing pranks on his brothers and sisters. Most of all he enjoyed the time he spent with his son. Anthony leaves to mourn his partner Cynthia, son Tyler Woodhouse, aged seven months and his daughter Selena, his parents, Orville Woodhouse and Hazel Laforge, brother Wesley (Melissa), sisters, Laurenna (Jamie), Pauline (Kingsley), Rose and Charles whom his mother raised and he considered them brother and sister, three nieces, seven nephews, many aunts, uncles, cousins and friends. He was predeceased by his grandparents, Robert Woodhouse on August 31, 1995, Myrtle Woodhouse on November 21, 2005, grandmother Viola Hall on October 23, 2006, uncles, David Woodhouse on May 13, 2006, Wilfred Hall on December 8, 2006 and a niece Reese on August 25, 2002. A wake service will be held on Friday, October 5, 2007 beginning at 7:30 p.m. in the Fairford House of Prayer. Funeral service will be held on Saturday, October 6, 2007 at 12:00 p.m. in the Fairford House of Prayer, with Pastor Wilfred Bruce officiating. Pastor Dan Guiboche will be a guest speaker. Interment to follow in St. Helen's Cemetery, Fairford. A memorial service will be held on Thursday, October 11, 2007 at 7:00 p.m. in the Seventh Day Adventist Church, 1314 Henderson Hwy. in Winnipeg. Pallbearers will be his cousins Joseph, Charles, Joey, Tyrone, Dustin and Kelly. Crossbearer will be Wesley. Honorary pallbearers will be all his uncles, aunts, cousins and friends. The family would like to thank the Winnipeg Ambulance Service, Winnipeg City Police, Fairford Chief and Council and all those who sent prayers, phone calls, came to visit and who helped financially.
