JASON (JAY) BEREZUK July 26, 1971 - October 8, 2006 In Loving Memory of our dear Son, Brother and Uncle. It's hard to believe a year has passed since you left us. There were no farewells spoken, no last chance to say good-bye or no hugs or kisses. You were gone and only God knows why. Our hearts were split in two. One side held memories, the other side died with you. We feel the bitter blow each waking morning and realize that only the fondest of memories remain with us. We sure could have used your Hey guys need a hug so many times this past year. Jay, your sense of humour and quick wit (inherited from your Mom) was unrelenting. When problems surfaced you would retreat into a quiet and serious mood much like Homer . Terri and Frank miss you so much. Through your constant bugging of Frank you were able to cultivate a close, lasting and meaningful friendship. Terri misses her given duty of making all your phone calls. She always said Someone needs to teach the kid how to use the phone. Terri always enjoyed being introduced to your friends and clients as your sister The Cougar. Tyler and Braylen have acquired your unforgettable traits of kindness, honesty and integrity. You had a profound impact on their lives. I am sure they will grow up to be in a class by themselves, just like you Jay. Although you were used and abused by some of your peers you always held out hope that there may be some good in people. Masai thanks you for his new home with the Cougar . All your pets have been well taken care of. Jay was a special person, not only to family but also friends and clients. He lived for his vocation of being the best Body Modification Artist. He had a rapport with his clients that was unrivaled in the industry. Respect, integrity and honesty were never compromised no matter what. As in life and death, Jay, you will forever be No. 1. Jay was not perfect, nor are we all but he had qualifications in life that only a select few could ever dream of attaining. Do not judge a book by its cover. Jay's heart held a lot of hurt, now the hurting is over. There are no words to express the hurt that Homer (Dad) feels. Pain and heartache do not and will not wain with the passing of time, they are just amplified with intensity. To the few who mis-used Jay's friendship, trust, honour and respect, there is a saying What goes around, comes around. Believe Peace out Jay, Keep Calm, Stay True Loving and Missing you so. Mom, Dad, Tiki, Terri, Frank, Tyler, Braylen, Masai
