PHILBERT JOSEPH LALIBERTE Philbert Laliberte, aged 63 years, passed away peacefully on Thursday, October 4, 2007 at his residence in Lac du Bonnet, MB. He will be lovingly remembered by his fiancé Germaine Hourie; his daughters, April Corriveau (Ron), Michelle Corriveau, Nicole Nelson, Rosie Bruneau (Shaun); stepchildren Marlene Alarie, Vivian Alarie and Remi Corriveau; siblings Rolly Smith (Vern), Andy Laliberte (Diane), Rheal Laliberte (Violet), Florida Shelenko (Marvin), numerous grandchildren, nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by his first wife Irene Corriveau, second wife Linda Ross (Laliberte), parents Marguerite Asselin and Roland Laliberte; brother Alex Laliberte and step-son Louie Alarie. Prayers will be said on Tuesday, October 9 at 7:00 p.m. at Sobering Funeral Chapel, 1035 Park Avenue East, Beausejour, MB. Funeral Service will be held on Wednesday, October 10 at 2:00 p.m. at Abundant Life Chapel, Lac du Bonnet, MB with Pastor Jake Doell officiating. Friends may view one half hour prior to the service.
