Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryNORMAN (LEO) DESJARDINS It is with sadness that we announce the passing of our brother Norman at Oakview Place, on October 7, 2007 at the age of 63. Norman leaves to mourn his two sisters, Annette (Ulysse) Hamelin, Doris Blair, nephew Blake Kendall (Diane) great nephew Eric, great-niece Amy, nephew Jeffrey Blair (Linda) great-nephew Bradin, one aunt Lorene Cotton and many cousins. Norman was predeceased by his Father, Mother, his sister Ella Kendall and brother Albert, brothers-in-law Adolf Kendall and George Blair. Norman was raised on the family farm in Baie St. Paul where he farmed with his brother. He resided at the family home until his illness took him to the Portage General Hospital and later to Oakview Place in Winnipeg. His family and friends will remember him as a man with a heart of gold, friendly and compassionate. We wish to extend our heartfelt thanks to the nurses and staff at Oakview for their kindness, compassion and excellent care of our brother. It became his home and they became his friends. Cremation has taken place. A private family service will take place at a later date. Chapel Lawn in care of arrangements
