GERTRUDE PATRICIA (PAT) MORRISON Peacefully, on Monday, October 8, 2007, Patricia (Pat) died at the St. Boniface General Hospital, at the age of 91 years. Lovingly Remembered by her two sons Howard (Carol) and Randall; loving Granddaughter Lara (Mark) and her Brother Jack (Phyllis); as well as numerous nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by the love of her life Joseph, so dearly missed, and her sister Ruby. Pat was born in Winnipeg on July 22, 1916, living her entire life in the city she loved and knew so well. Summers for the past 32 years were spent at the summer home in Petersfield, where family, friends and neighbors were always welcomed. On Saturday, October 13, Pat's memorial service will be held at 2:00 p.m. in the St. Michael and All Angels Church, 300 Hugo Street North (corner of Hugo and Mulvey Avenue), with The Rev. Canon A. M. L. Klassen presider. Pallbearers are Evelyn Alleyne, Elvira Heukeroth, Fran Moynagh. A private family inurnment will take place in Brookside Cemetery. Our family would like to thank everyone for their caring and thoughts over the past few weeks, for the phone calls to mom to check up on her, and to the Rev. Canon A. M. L. Klassen. Thank you to the staff of 6A South at the St. Boniface hospital for making her stay so comfortable. A very special thanks to Randall for everything you have done over the past few years. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Pat's memory to the St. Michael and All Angels Church, 300 Hugo Street North, Winnipeg, MB R3M 2N7 or to the St. Boniface Research Foundation, 409 Tache Avenue, Winnipeg MB R2H 2A6. Mom, Grandma, thanks for the stories, they will be missed.
