AGNES MARTINSON On Monday, October 8, 2007, Agnes passed away peacefully at the Oakview Care Home at the age of 81. Remaining to cherish her memory are her children, Darry (Karel), Barbara (David), Arnold (Brenda) and Brian (Darla); grand-children, Sharon (Dave), Earl (Heather), Cari (Scott), Gavin (Susane), Jessica, Graydon (Kristina), Ryan (Amy) and Shelli; eight great-grandchildren; sister Eileen; and many nieces and nephews. Agnes was predeceased by her husband Gordon in 1989 and her sisters, Leona, Elsie and brother Albert. Aggie and Gordon raised their family in Flin Flon and after a few years in Winnipeg they retired to Gilbert Plains. Agnes later moved to Winnipeg to be closer to her family. She enjoyed knitting, going to bingo, and doing ceramics. She loved her coffee, garage sales and a good game of cards. Agnes was a loving wife, mother, grandmother and granny. Family was everything to her. She was loved and will live on in our hearts. The family would like to thank the staff at Oakview for their respect, care and kindness. A family graveside service has taken place in Gilbert Plains. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to an organization of your choice. CROPO FUNERAL CHAPEL 586-8044
