Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryNORMA (LUELLA) VANDER GRAAF (nee TORRANCE) 1927 - 2007 It is with great sorrow, we announce the passing of our wife, mother, grandmother and great-grandmother on Monday, October 8, 2007. Mom was born a farm girl in Arrow River, Manitoba. She was the youngest of four girls. Lue's love for all animals and nature never ceased. Mom moved to Winnipeg as a young woman to further her education. After completing a secretarial course she worked for Eaton's, Great West Life Assurance Co. and the River East School Division. Lue was predeceased by her parents and three sisters. She leaves to mourn her husband of 57 years Arthur, son Bill, daughters Debbie (Murray) and Sharon (Geoffrey), grandchildren Carrie (Sean), Shawna (Rob), Andrea (Roy), Melissa (Joel), Reid and Danielle, great-grandchildren Tanner, Payton and Maja. The family wishes to thank Dr. B. Gorski, Concordia Place Personal Care Home 4th floor staff, John Friesen and Robin Pajak for their care and frequent visits. Cremation has taken place. A private family inurnment has taken place at Green Acres Cemetery. Flowers gratefully declined.
