WILHELMINA (BILLIE) EVANS Passed away peacefully on September 25, 2007 at the Charleswood Care Centre, at 90 years of age, where she has resided for the past four years. Billie was predeceased by her husband Stanley in 1998, her sisters, Em and Marie, and her brothers, Henry and John Roth. Billie was born and raised in Winnipeg and grew up in Elmwood. She lived in Bird's Hill and Transcona, with her later years at the Westhaven and Charleswood Care Centre. Billie's family would like to express their thanks to the staff at the Charleswood Care Centre for their special care during her last days. At Billie's request no service will be held, and interment at Chapel Lawn has taken place.
