RONNIE (RON) CANN It is with sadness the family announces the passing of Ronnie on Sunday, October 14, 2007 after a lengthy illness, at his home at the age of 68. He is predeceased by his brothers, Leslie, Harold, Bobby and Lorne; sister Irene; brothers-in-law, Vic, Cecil and Frank. Ronnie is survived by his loving wife Virginia; sons, Kelly (Denise) and Shawn; grandchildren, Damon, Billy and Carson; sisters Velma, Beverley, Shirley (Ron); mother-in-law Kay; brother-in-law Jerry (Marilyn); as well as numerous nieces and nephews. A memorial service will be held on Friday, October 19, 2007 at 3:00 p.m. at Chapel Lawn Funeral Home, 4000 Portage Ave. In lieu of flowers, donation envelopes for the Manitoba Heart and Stroke Foundation will be available on the day of the service, if desired.
