SHIRLEY JO-ANN PLATT Loving much and much loved. Shirley Jo-Ann Platt, aged 57, of Charlottetown, PEI, passed away suddenly on October 15, 2007, while in Winnipeg, helping with the birth of her new grandson. She is the wife of Bud Platt, the daughter of Dorothy and Phil Ghostkeeper (and as a daughter to Betty Platt), and sister to William. She is the loving mother of Teresa (Thomas Fricke) and Connie (Michael Chartrand), grandmother of Andrew, Mackenzie, Alex, and Elliot. A loving friend to many in PEI, New Brunswick, Nova Scotia and Western Canada. She will be with us always. Donations, much appreciated, can be made to the Alzheimer Society of Canada, 20 Eglinton Avenue, W., Suite 1200, Toronto, Ontario M4R 1K8, and Canadian Diabetes Association, Box 26331 STN BRM B, Toronto, ON M7Y 4R1, in memory of Shirley Platt. Services will be held at Christ the King Roman Catholic Church in Stonewall, MB, on Saturday, October 20, 2007, at 1:00 p.m. Interment at Rockwood Cemetery, with a luncheon to follow at Stonewall Legion Hall.
