Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryCECILIA CARTER (nee CHARTRAND) Peacefully at the Seven Oaks Hospital in Winnipeg, Manitoba on Monday, October 15, 2007, Mrs. Cecilia Carter of Winnipeg, Manitoba passed away at the age of 83 years. She leaves to mourn her husband of 58 years, Robert Carter and six children: Brian (Ingrid) of Yellowknife, Marlene (Larry), Norman (Roseline), Donna (Bruce) all of Winnipeg, Jo-Ann (Claude) of St. Albert, AB and Terry (Desmond) of Winnipeg; 16 grandchildren, 16 great-grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews, relatives and friends. She was predeceased by her parents, Robert and Rose Chartrand and by nine brothers and sisters. Funeral Mass will be celebrated in the Holy Cross Catholic Church, 252 Dubuc Street in Winnipeg, on Friday, October 19, 2007 at 10:30 a.m. with Father Roy officiating. Cremation to follow. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the Canadian Diabetes Association. Adam's Funeral Home of Notre Dame de Lourdes, Manitoba in care of arrangements.
