ISABELLA (BELLE) SWAFFER

Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryISABELLA (BELLE) SWAFFER February 4, 1914 October 18, 2007 Peacefully at Seven Oaks Hospital, Isabel, our devoted mother, grandmother, great-grandmother passed away. She was predeceased by her husband Charles Victor (1979), granddaughter Gail and her husband John Ashton (1998), son-in-law James Franks (2002), daughter-in-law Sheila Swaffer (2004), and son Donald (2006). Isabel is survived by her children Audrey (Don) Harder, Ken (Madeline), Elaine Franks, Robert (Grace) and Donald, daughter-in-law Maureen, as well as 13 grandchildren and 15 great-grandchildren. Born in Whitemouth, MB, Isabel married Charles Victor, lived in East Kildonan and raised six children. She enjoyed knitting, cross word puzzles, stitchery, trips, and going out for meals with her family, grandchildren and great-grandchildren. Special thanks to the staff at Seven Oaks Hospital, fifth floor, U5 for their care and comfort. Also thank you to the Middlechurch Home of Winnipeg for their care and support. Funeral service will be held on Monday, October 22 at 11:00 a.m. in the chapel of Voyage Funeral Home, 220 Hespeler Ave. Pallbearers, grandsons James, Dennis, Dwayne, Robbie, Paul, Shaun Swaffer and Russell Franks.
