Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryOLGA OSTASZ (nee CIENKI) Peacefully, on Thursday October 18, 2007, Olga (Cienki) Ostasz passed away at the age of 79 years old with her sons Gordon and Glenn by her side. Remaining to forever cherish Olga's memory are her children, Gordon Ostasz, Glenn Ostasz (Wendy) and Larry Losky (Hazel); sister Katherine Forestell; nieces, Katharine Tabbanor (John), Kim Forestell Jackie Baker (Barry); three great-nieces and one great-nephew; five grandchildren and five great-grandchildren. Olga is predeceased by her parents, Samuel and Pauline Cienki, husband Nicholas Ostasz, and brothers/sisters John Cienki, Mary Holt, Ann Okowinski, and Nick Cienki. Olga was a loving caring mother and 'Baba' who enjoyed cooking traditional Ukraine dishes, baking wonderful desserts and entertaining all who dropped by for a visit. She enjoyed the company of her family and beloved pets. A memorial service will be held on Tuesday, October 23, 2007 at 7:00 p.m. at Cropo Funeral Chapel, 1442 Main Street. In lieu of flowers, a memorial donation may be made to the Canadian National Institute for the Blind - 1080 Portage Avenue. CROPO FUNERAL CHAPEL 586-8044
