Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryCLAYTON BRUCE SCHMULAND July 26, 1968 October 19, 2007 It is with great sorrow that we announce the sudden and peaceful passing of our dear son, brother and uncle Clayton at the Beausejour Hospital. Clayton came into our family at the tender age of 21 months. He was a beautiful child with a big smile for everyone. He loved to be cuddled and was always proud of any accomplishments he made. He attended Beausejour Elementary School and was often praised by his teacher for his good manners. He loved to play in the sandbox more than he would do his schoolwork. As he grew older he was involved in the Special Olympics. He earned many medals. In 1988 he received a Bronze trophy in the speed-skating nationals in Selkirk, Manitoba where he trained. Clayton's favourite sport was cross-country skiing. After the passing of his father Harold in 2001, Clayton moved back to Beausejour to be closer to his family. He was once again happy to be reunited with his classmates, a special class, working together at A.C.L. Clayton is survived by his mother Anne, sister Susan and her fiancé Ryan Novakoski and his cherished niece Hailey, and many aunts, uncles and cousins. The family would like to thank Debbie Mozil, the doctors and staff at the Beausejour Hospital, and his friends and supervisor at A.C.L. for their love and care given to Clayton these past five years. Also a special thank you to Barry and Ralph, and everyone else involved with Clayton's well being. Funeral services will be held Wednesday, October 24, 2007 at 2:00 p.m. at Sobering Funeral Chapel with Pastor Don Reimer officiating. Interment will follow at the St. John Lutheran Church Cemetery, Lydiatt. In lieu of flowers donations can be made to The Association for Community Living, Beausejour, Manitoba. We will miss you, Clayton, very dearly. SOBERING FUNERAL CHAPEL CREMATORIUM, Beausejour 268-3510 or MB Toll Free 1-877-776-2220
