DOREEN MARY DEW Peacefully, on Saturday, October 20, 2007, with her family at her side, at the St. Boniface Hospital, Doreen Dew passed away at the age of 59 years. Doreen is lovingly remembered by her daughter Robyn (Riley), grandsons, Mathew, Brenden, all of Teulon; partner Ken, of Winnipeg; mother Julia, of Woodlands; brother Bruce (Claira), of Grosse Isle; sister Shelley (Randy), of Woodlands; nieces and nephews Gail of Vancouver; Michelle, Benjamine, of Grosse Isle; Lindsey, Cory, Carter, of Woodlands. She was predeceased by her father William (Bill) King, brother Bryon, niece Tammy and her special dog Whimpy. Dee was born in Winnipeg in 1948 and was raised in Woodlands. After high school Dee did various jobs until becoming employed with Jostens which she worked at for numerous years. After her many years at Jostens she moved onto Ipsos-Reid. Thank-you for all the years you have given to me, I wouldn't be in this place without you. Love Robyn The family would like to thank the doctors, nurses, and staff at the St. Boniface Hospital for all the wonderful care they gave to Doreen and Robyn. Memorial service will be held at MacKenzie Funeral Chapel, Stonewall, 433 Main St., Stonewall, on Thursday, October 25 at 1:00 p.m. Rev. Bill Watson will officiate. A private family interment has taken place. MacKenzie Funeral Home, Stonewall in care of arrangements.
