Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryANNA WANDA SADKOWSKI (nee KWIECINSKI) It is with deep sadness the family announces the peaceful passing of Anna Wanda Sadkowski, beloved wife of Jerry and loving mother of Wes at the St. Boniface Hospital on October 22, 2007. Anna Wanda is survived by her husband Jerry of 47 years, son Wes (Florence), her brother Henry (Jadwiga) Kwiecinski and their children, Julia (Adam), Michael Kwiecinski, sisters-in-law, Danuta (Terry) Ferraro and their children, Maria, Annette, Robert (Niamh), Ben, Krystyna (Tony) Ferraro and their children, Marla (Stephan) and Mathew, Melissa, Miranda (Greg), who all loved and cherished their Ciocia, and will miss her deeply. She was loved by everyone who knew her. She also leaves to mourn in Poland, two brothers and two sisters and their families. Anna Wanda was born on September 20, 1942 in Poland. In 1960 she married Jerry, by 1961 they had Wes and lived in Poland until they immigrated to Winnipeg in 1977. Anna Wanda was employed by Luther Home for 25 years, where she made many friends. Anna Wanda loved camping and enjoyed having her family and friends visit and enjoyed her cooking at their camp site at Pinawa, MB. Everyone was always welcomed at any time. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Thursday, October 25 at 10:30 a.m. at Holy Ghost Roman Catholic Church, 341 Selkirk Ave. Interment to follow in Holy Ghost Cemetery. The family would like to thank Dr. Piotr Czajkowski, nurse Denise Klassen and the staff at Palliative Care who took such loving and tender care of her. Special thanks to her sisters-in-law, Danuta and Krystyna Ferraro for their loving care of Anna Wanda during her illness. Thank you to the many friends who visited and phoned.
