MARION JOAN KOTZ (nee FARBIAK) 1932 2007 Peacefully with her loving family by her side, Mom went to be with the Lord on October 21, 2007. Mom was born in Winnipeg on August 5, 1932. She married Dad during the Winnipeg Flood in May, 1950. Mom is survived by the love of her life of 57 years, Steve, her children; Don (Pat), Judy (Fred) Williams, Terry (Jerry) Spivak, Brian (Sandy), Pamela (Robert) McKinnon and Cheryl (Tom) Gregg, grandchildren; Steven and Trisha, Jacqueline and Terra, Carl and Cindy, Gerard, Jason, Maegan and Melissa, and Matthew and Jeffrey, great-grandchildren; Ethan, Alexander, Chanelle, Luke, Nicholas, Graham and Kendra, sisters; Diana and Carol and brother Ed. Mom had many passions which included, crafts, garage sales, sewing and providing for her family. Mom was always keen on giving her advice and offering a helping hand. Marion was predeceased by her son Darcy and her parents Kate and John Farbiak. The family would like to thank the special staff who cared for Mom at Concordia Place. Prayers will be held Friday, October 26 at 7:00 p.m. in the chapel of Voyage Funeral Home, 220 Hespeler Ave. Funeral service the following day, Saturday, October 27 at 10:00 a.m. at Winnipeg Christian Centre, 230 Provencher Blvd. Interment will follow at Elmwood Cemetery. In lieu of flowers donations in Mom's memory may be made to Winnipeg Christian Centre, 230 Provencher Blvd Wpg, MB R2H 0G5. We Love You Very Much Until we Meet Again.
