HELEN BRANDT 1933 - 2007 Peacefully with her family by her side Marie Helen Brandt (nee Elders) of Ross, Manitoba passed away at Health Sciences Center, Winnipeg, on October 23, 2007 at the age of 73. Left to mourn her passing is her husband of 53 years, Remie and their children: James, Janice (Guy) Chammartin, Russell (Deborah), Audrey (Dwayne) Delipper, her sisters: Teresa (Harry) Smith, Mary Jane Orvis, Margaret Lindquist, Cecelia (Don) Warkentin and brother Robert; brothers-in-law: Walter Hagen, Andrew (Julliette) Maurice, sisters-in-law; Shirley, Margaret (Amee) Carriere, Alice (Richard) Lesage, Georgette (Florent) Saltel. To cherish her memory are her grandchildren: Joseph (Kellie) Chammartin, Madeline (Ryan) Dumont, Matthew (Lynne) Chammartin, Danielle (Christopher) Kirpluk, Sarah Chammartin, Misty Bowman, Jaden Brandt, Laura Chammartin, Taben Brandt, Adam Delipper, Suzanne Spence, Grant Stranger, Bradley Spence, Emily Delipper, Dallas Brandt and great-grandchildren: Elena, Sophie, Riley and Andrew Chammartin, Grace and Noah Dumont, Jax and Stellan Chammartin. Helen was predeceased by her parents Marie and Arthur Elders, sisters Louise and Jeanine, brother John, and great-grandson Isaiah Chammartin. Helen was born and raised in Sioux Narrows, ON. After marrying Remie they settled in Ross. She enjoyed fishing, berry-picking, gardening, bingo and spending time with her grandchildren. She welcomed many friends and neighbours to their home for a game of cards. She will be remembered as a kind and pleasant person to all. Her Funeral service will be held at Ste.
