WANDA HOPE FRANCEY Early on October 17, 2007, Wanda Hope Francey (nee Weston) passed away quietly at Riverview Health Centre, after a brief struggle with cancer - her family at her side. Devoted mother and housewife, Wanda became actively involved at Holy Trinity Church after retiring from Sears Canada. Wanda was born in Parry Sound, Ontario and had lived in many areas of southern Ontario before coming to Winnipeg with her family in 1972. Predeceased by her husband Jim, she will be lovingly remembered by her four sons, Jim, Peter, Rod, Gordon (Mahfyn) and her daughter Kathryn (Blaine Prokopchuk), as well as her many grandchildren and great-grandchildren. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Riverview Health Centre Foundation, Palliative Care. Funeral service will be held Wednesday, October 31 at 1:00 p.m. at Holy Trinity Anglican Church, 256 Smith Street, Winnipeg, with interment at the St. Vital Cemetery. neil bardal inc 949-2200 nbardal.mb.ca
