MARTHA KINZEL Martha Kinzel passed away peacefully at Concordia Place on Tuesday, October 23, 2007 in her 91st year. She was predeceased by her husband Henry Kinzel, a sister and brother-in-law Mary and Alex Ruff, brother in-law Mickey Pollick and sister-in-law Doreen Adolph. Martha will be missed by sister Emma Pollick and family of Winnipeg, sister Chris and Vic Saunders and family of Lethbridge, Alberta, brother Ed Adolph and family of Mississagua and London, Ontario and niece Audrey Crooks and her husband Jim and family of Winnipeg. Martha was a very special person. Her natural instinct, and greatest delight was to help other people. It just made her happy to help others and she found many ways to do that. It was her pleasure in life and gave her inner peace and satisfaction. She regularly expressed gratitude for the good life she had. Add to that a good sense of humour, and that was Martha Kinzel an exceptional person who loved her life. She will be missed greatly, but loved forever. Martha's family wants to express their thanks to the people in the 3rd floor nursing station; the nurses, the doctor and the caregivers, for the efficient and loving care they gave Martha. The family also expresses gratitude to Chaplain John Friesen, whom Martha appreciated for his warm understanding care and the helpful counsel he provided. A huge thank-you goes to Audrey and Jim Crooks for all they have done to help Martha. Because of Audrey, the family knew that Martha was getting the very best care possible.
