Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryCLIFFORD MILTON REIMER March 19, 1930 October 25, 2007 It is with sorrow that we announce the passing of Cliff Reimer in the early morning hours of October 25 at the Victoria General Hospital in Winnipeg. He leaves behind his wife Diana (nee Toews), his daughters, Corinne Klassen (Melvin) and Heather Winser (Wayne), sons, Douglas Reimer (Mary) and Keith Reimer, (Marnie) eight grandchildren, his sisters, Evangeline Doerksen and Noreen Klassen. His parents, Ben L. and Elizabeth and brothers, Gilbert and Lawrence preceded him into the company of our Lord. Cliff leaves behind him the fruits of a lifetime of dedicated service with the Gospel Missionary Union (now Avant Ministries) in Panama, Winnipeg and Kansas City. He will be remembered by his many friends and colleagues who cherish his teaching and his example, his acquaintances who were touched by his openness, and a family blessed by his love. He was a teacher at heart, a conciliator, a naturalist, a farmer, a historian, a father, a husband, a grandfather. And he will be sorely missed. The family would like to thank Dr. Cavers, Dr. Young and the staff of the Victoria General Hospital for their care and gentleness. The funeral will be held Monday, October 29 at 11:00 a.m. at Fort Garry Evangelical Mennonite Church at 602 Pasadena Avenue, with a viewing at the Birchwood Funeral Chapel, 150 Penfeld Dr. in Steinbach on Sunday, October 28 between 2:30 p.m. and 3:30 p.m., devotional at 3:00 p.m. Flowers gratefully declined.
