Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryANASTASIA LECHIW Peacefully, on Thursday, October 25, 2007, Anastasia passed away at Poseidon Care Centre at the age of 94. Anastasia was born on July 13, 1913 in Western Ukraine. She was predeceased by her husband John in 1985 and also by her immediate family in Ukraine. Cherishing her memory are her close family, Stefania Semanych and her sons, William, Igor and Jerry Zahynacz and their families and also Bronek Fedorowicz (Mariola) and their family. Anastasia came to Canada in 1949, then she married John and lived in East Kildonan for many years. Prior to her retirement, Anastasia worked in the cafeteria at CNIB and MTS. Thank you to the staff of the Poseidon Care Centre for their special care, support and kindness. Divine Liturgy will be celebrated 10:00 a.m. Tuesday, October 30 at St. Andrew's Ukrainian Catholic Church, 160 Euclid Ave. Interment will follow in Glen Eden Cemetery.
