PEARL MARIE COLBURN Peacefully on October 30, 2007, Pearl Marie Colburn (Tutu) passed away at St. Boniface Hospital at the age of 82 years. Pearl is survived by two sons Mitchell (Lillian) and Pat (Kim); six grandchildren and 12 great-grandchildren. She also leaves to mourn her passing her sister Yolande; sisters-in-law; cousins, nieces and nephews as well their spouses. She was predeceased by her husband Marvin and sister Bernadette. Pearl was born in Elie, MB on February 21, 1925, daughter of Peter and Fleurette Dorval. She gave of herself in a special way with almost 900 blood donations for Dr. Bowman's RH program, knitting thousands of finger puppets and working at the book mart for the Children's Hospital. Her hobbies included jig saw puzzles and, of course, bingo with her friends. Her love and kindness will be missed by all. A special thank you to the emergency staff of the St. Boniface Hospital. A Memorial Service will be held on Friday, November 2 at 3:00 p.m. at Cropo Funeral Chapel, 1442 Main Street.
