Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryRAE GENEVRA RUTLEDGE Peacefully on Saturday, October 27, 2007 at Grace Hospital, Rae passed away. She was predeceased by her parents, three sisters, and one brother. She will be sadly missed and remembered always by her many nieces and nephews. Rae was born January 14, 1918 in Winnipeg. The family moved to North Dakota in 1929 where they lived until 1936. After completing courses at Success Business College, she was employed first with the Red Cross, and then CPR (5AOS). In 1957 she taught business courses at Tec Voc and retired from there after 22 years. In retirement she enjoyed reading, painting, gardening, the Anglican Camp in Kenora, and was also involved with the St. James Horticultural Society and the Scandinavian Centre. At her request, cremation has taken place. A memorial service will take place in the spring of 2008. A notice will be published prior to the date.
