ANTOINETTE MARIE ANNE LAHAIE (nee MARION) It is with great sorrow we announce the sudden passing of our mother, grandmother and great-grandmother, Antoinette Lahaie on November 6, 2007 at the age of 91, at the Victoria General Hospital, Winnipeg. Antoinette leaves to mourn and cherish her memory her daughter, Léonie and husband Jean-Pierre of St-Vital, and three sons Albert (Diane) of Kamloops, BC, Léopold (Doreen) of Truro, NS and Ulysses (Claudette) of St-Vital, ten grandchildren, éric (Tanya) of St-Boniface and Marc of St-Vital, Michael (Christianne) of Clearwater, BC, Sheri Anne of Aldergrove, BC, Tracey Spencer (Jared) of St. Thomas, ON, Tina Godbout of Fredericton, NB, Nicole Lahaie Kubis (Tim) of Truro, NS, Michelle Lahaie of Truro, NS, Janelle (Craig) Collingridge of Elm Creek and Justin of St. Vital and great-grandchildren Kayley, Chelsea and Trevor Lahaie of Clearwater, BC, Kaylee and Hannah Lahaie Kubis of Truro NS, Brooke Godbout of Fredericton, NB and Brooke Collingridge of Elm Creek who dearly loved her Bon Choux . She is also survived by her sisters, Blanche Barsalou, Léonie Bouvier, Anne (Jake) Zerie, brother-in-law Louis (Régia) Lahaie and sister-in-law Hortense Senécal, as well as numerous nieces and nephews and friends. Antoinette left us to join her beloved husband of 52 years, Paul (1995), her daughter Marie (1956), her parents Léopold and Alma Marion, her brothers, Paul-émile, Aimé, Alfred and Ulysse and her sisters Flore Nachtegaele and Thérèsa Marion. The family wishes to express their heartfelt thanks to the staff of the Chalet Malouin for their excellent and compassionate care as well as the home care staff serving the manoir Notre Dame de Lourdes. Funeral Mass will be celebrated on Saturday, November 10, 2007 at 2:00 p.m. at St. Eugene Roman Catholic Church, with Father Marcel Carrière officiating. Viewing will begin at 1:30 p.m. until time of mass. Interment of the cremated remains will take place at a later date.
