NELSON HERBERT KNOPF Mr. Nelson Knopf, aged 79 years, beloved husband of Linda of Lac du Bonnet, MB, passed away on Tuesday, November 6, 2007 at the Concordia Hospital, Winnipeg. He is survived by his wife Linda, sons Loren (Tanya), James (Belinda), daughter Jodi, grandchildren Devin, Leshia, Amanda (Matt), Myla and great-granddaughter Sophie. Nelson was predeceased by his parents Herbert and Lillian. The family would like to thank the staff in ICU and on the third floor at Concordia Hospital for their care and compassion. Funeral service will be held on Friday, November 9 at 2:00 p.m. at the Whiteshell Baptist Church, Seven Sisters Falls, MB with Pastor Greg Gaensler officiating. Interment will follow at the Whiteshell Baptist Church Cemetery. Friends may view at the church one hour prior to the service. Donations may be made in Nelson's memory to the Whiteshell Baptist Church, Box 100, Seven Sisters Falls, MB. Nelson will be remembered for his devotion to his family and his faith in the Lord.
