Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryJAMES ALLAN BAILEY James Allan Bailey (Jim) born in St. Boniface, Manitoba on July 21, 1939. Regrettably passed away Sunday morning, November 4, 2007. Jim is survived by brothers, Edward Thomas and Donald Arthur Bailey; son of Harry and Gertrude Bailey. A member of CP Rail then the Canadian Postal Service in which he retired from in April 1999. He was a dedicated member of the Fort Garry Horse Militia where he obtained the rank of Warrant Officer. Later to become an executive member of the Fort Garry Horse Association. Jim also had a passion helping people remembering what all the fallen soldiers from the wars gave to us, through being a founding member of the Ghost Squadron of Winnipeg, Manitoba. He will be greatly missed by family and friends alike, the family would like to thank all of the people that assisted us through these trying times. A special thanks to Diana M.E. Paddock for her wit and humour that has helped us through these times.
