Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryPHYLLIS FULLER (nee PATON) Peacefully on November 9, 2007, at Oakview Place, Phyllis Fuller passed away. She is survived by her children, Judy Haynes (Mike Balork), Kim Harding (Doug), Linda Baker (Doug), Mark (Sandra) and Pat (Buzzy Sutherland) as well as five grandchildren. Phyllis was predeceased by her husband Reg in 1997 and son Jim in 1972. Phyllis was born January 11, 1928, in Winnipeg where she spent all her life. She was a Charter Member of the Fraternal Order of Eagles and a regular at the Wednesday afternoon bowling league. After Reg was ordained in the Anglican faith they were active in many parishes making numerous friends along the way. Mom was an avid knitter and especially enjoyed knitting mitts, scarves and socks for Christmas Cheer Board Hampers and Winnipeg Harvest. Service will be held on Wednesday, November 14 at 1:00 p.m. at Transcona Funeral Home, 1800 Day Street, with interment following at Transcona Cemetery. The Rev. I.J.E. Mills officiating. A special thank you to the staff of Oakview Place for the care and support provided to mom. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Phyllis' memory to the Alzheimer Society of Manitoba, 10-120 Donald Street, Winnipeg, Manitoba R3C 4G2.
