KATHARINE FORESTELL Mom passed away peacefully at home with her loved ones by her side, on November 13, 2007. Katharine leaves to mourn, her two beloved daughters, Kim Forestell and Katharine (John) Tabbernor and two precious grandchildren, Kori and David. She will also be remembered by her niece Jackie (Barry) Baker and nephews, Larry (Hazel) Losky, Gordon and Glenn (Wendy) Ostasz and their families. She leaves this world to be with her former husband and friend, Jim; brothers and sisters, John, Annie, Mary, Nick, and Olga, and her mom and dad. Special thanks to Joanne Crawford for her dedication and love over the past five years. Also, to the entire Palliative program, especially Dr. Pickard, and all the nurses and support workers. It was with their support that we were able to care for mom at home to the end of her life. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Canadian National Institute for the Blind, 1080 Portage Avenue, Winnipeg, MB R3G 3M3. Our mother's celebration of life service will be held at Green Acres Funeral Home, Hwy. No. 1 East at Navin Road, on Saturday, November 17, 2007, at 10:00 a.m. We love you with all our hearts and your wonderful spirit will carry on within us as long as we live.
