FLOYD (JIM) JAMES SANDBERG On Monday, November 12, 2007, Jim passed away peacefully at his residence at the age of 63 years. Remaining to forever cherish Jim's memory are his daughter, Corinne; grandsons, Jesse, Jordan and Liam; brothers, Neil and Reg (Donna); as well as numerous nieces, nephews, relatives and friends. He was predeceased by his parents Helma and Frank Sandberg; sister Irene Moore; brother-in-law Fred Moore; and sister-in-law Lorna Sandberg. Jim was a resident of Winnipeg. He had done some barbering and construction work, but what he loved most of all was the many years he spent helping teens as a Juvenile Counselor. Jim enjoyed outdoor living and was an avid sports fan, always up for a good game of pool. A private family service for Jim will take place in the Chapel of Memories, in Wojcik's Funeral Chapel, 2157 Portage Avenue at Sharp Boulevard. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Jims' memory to Teen Stop Jeunesse, 533A St. Anne's Road, Winnipeg, Manitoba R2M 3R8.
