HARVEY ELDON WAY Peacefully on November 14, 2007 at Poseidon Care Centre, Harvey Eldon Way passed away at the age of 84. He is survived by his loving wife of 62 years, Dorothy, children, Brian, Dianne, Susan (Allan), Sandi (Tom) and three grandchildren, Steven, Ryan and Jillian. He was predeceased by his parents Garnet and Clara, and his brothers Roy and Les. He leaves to mourn his brother and sister, Bernice of Killarney, MB and Russell (Bernice) of Saskatoon, SK, sister-in-law Ellen Way, as well as many nieces and nephews. He was born May 15, 1923 in Enterprise, MB. He met his wife Dorothy while serving overseas in the Second World War in 1945. Dad enjoyed many years at the cottage with friends and family as well as camping, fishing, and gardening. In his later years he and Mom enjoyed their bus trips to the Shooting Star Casino and Dad also loved to bowl and tend to his patio garden. The family would like to thank the nurses and staff at Poseidon Care Centre. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Canadian Lung Association or to the charity of your choice.
