DOROTHY MAY MORWICK It is with great sorrow that we the family, announce the gentle passing our wife, mother and grandmother, Dorothy May on Tuesday, November 13, 2007. She is survived by her ever loving husband, Robert, her beloved son and daughter-in-law, Rod and Tannis and her precious twin grandsons, Riley and Ryan whom were such a great source of pride and joy in her life. Also left to mourn her loss are two sisters, Jean Greig of Winnipeg, Winnifred Dawn and husband Gordon of Toronto, brothers, William John Greig and wife, Muriel of Fox Creek Alberta, Lindsay Greig of Winnipeg, sister- in-laws, Frances Morwick, Ruth, Joann and Ruth Greig all of Winnipeg and several nieces and nephews, whom she loved so dearly. She was predeceased by her parents, William and Dorothy Greig, three brothers Lambert, Gavin and Lorne and brother-in-law, Bill Morwick. Dorothy was a special lady. Her winning smile and true love of life made her many friends along the way whom she corresponded with in many parts of the world including Scotland. Honouring Dorothy's wishes cremation has taken place and a private family gathering will be held at a later date at Chapel Lawn Memorial Gardens, 4000 Portage Avenue. Flowers are gratefully declined. Should friends desire contributions may be made to the Canadian Diabetic Association, Manitoba Division, 102-310 Broadway Avenue, Winnipeg, MB R3C OS6. The family would like to express their sincerest appreciation to all the Staff who cared for Dorothy during her year and a half at Donwood Manor and for all the care and compassion they provided to her and her family during this last week. If you must bury something let it be my faults, my weaknesses and all prejudices against anyone. If by chance you wish to remember me, do it with a kind deed or word to someone who needs you.
