JENNIE WRIGHT Tears that fall both night and day, form a river to sadness bay It is with deep sorrow that we announce the passing of our dear mother, Jennie Wright. Mother passed away peacefully at Golden Links Lodge on November 13, 2007. Jennie is survived by her daughter, Elaine Anderson (Duncan) of Red Deer, Alberta; son Brian (Marie) of Winnipeg / Kimberley, BC; daughter Eldyia Birnie of Abbotsford, BC; seven grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren, and sister Mary Sawychyn of Whiterock, BC. Jennie grew up on a farm in Saskatchewan but lived most of her life in Winnipeg and Lorette, MB. Of her many creative pursuits, Jennie's greatest passion was curling. She passed this love and skill on to the many school students and novice curlers in Lorette during the years she was involved with the Lorette Curling Club. Her crowning achievement in curling, was skipping her team to the 1990 Golden Gals provincial championship. Mom's loving attention and selfless efforts will be sadly missed by everyone who knew her. A private graveside service will be held at Green Acres Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Jennie's memory to Osborne House Inc., P.O. Box 397, Winnipeg, R3C 2H6. With God of Gods, Light of Light, may mother's spirit soar. We need not help her anymore GREEN ACRES Funeral Home and Cemetery Hwy. #1 E. at Navin, (204) 222-3241 Life stories may be shared with friends and family across the globe at www.mem.com
