Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryJOHN GARRY DYCK 1936 2007 On Wednesday, November 14, 2007 at Boundary Trails Health Centre, Garry Dyck of Tabor Home in Morden, MB aged 71 years went to his eternal rest. Garry was born and raised in Morden. He worked at the Morden Land Titles Office for 30 years and retired in 1994. His interests were mainly sports related including baseball, curling and golf. For 25 years, he spent July 1st working as an umpire. Other activities included volunteering for the Morden Fire Department and being a member of the Morden Elks. In his later years, Garry spent many afternoon and evenings going for coffee at the Traveller's Inn and Chicken Chef with friends. He leaves to mourn his passing two brothers and their families; Hugh and Jessie Dyck, Roger Dyck and sister-in-law, Fran (Bill); niece, Jodi and Keith (Leif, Ruby); nephews, Clayton and Eliza Dyck (Laura, Hannah), Chris Dyck and Shawn Dyck. He was predeceased by his parents, John H. and Mary Dyck; brothers, Bill (1997) and Peter in infancy. Viewing will be held today at Wiebe Funeral Chapel 1050 Thornhill St. from 2:00 p.m. until 9:00 p.m. and at the church prior to the service. Funeral service will be held on Sunday, November 18, 2007 at 2:00 p.m. at Morden Mennonite Church, 363 Gilmour St. with Rev. Morris Vincent and Rev. Harold Hildebrand-Schlegel officiating. Interment to follow at Southside Cemetery.
