Condolences & Memories (1 entries)

  • I was born after the war to Millicent Barrett nee Welsenaer so never met Malvern. Family stories tell of Malvern stationed in the Uk coming to visit George (his uncle) and Annie Martha his wife in Hornchurch Essex Uk. I think he was much admired in his uniform. My brother Philip Barrett still with us at nearly 94 remembers the war years very clearly. I’m glad Malvern had a long and full life. Any contact from the family would be welcome. - Posted by: Loraine Patricia Wenham nee Barrett (Grandfather George Welsenaer brother of Melvern’s mother Annie Elizabeth Welsenaer) on: Sep 05, 2025
