Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryANTON (TONY) DUDAR Peacefully on November 18, 2007, Anton passed away at the Grace General Hospital at age of 84 years. Anton was predeceased by his parents; two brothers Carl and Peter, and two sisters Rose and Ann. He is survived by his wife Pat of 65 years; sister Madge Olenick; son Gary (wife Pat); three grandchildren Darren, Kimberley (David), Jaclyn (Brad); five great-grandchildren Tyler, Jasmine, Bowen, Alexander and Anne; and numerous nieces and nephews. Anton was born in Ethelburg, Manitoba. He was a veteran of the Second World War serving in the Navy. He worked at the Tribune as a stereotyper until it closed which led to his retirement. He was a lifetime member of the Charleswood Golf Course, where he won many senior club championships, and Charleswood Curling Club. He represented Charleswood Legion in the Canadian Legion Curling Championship. He was an avid gardener and reader and always had a story to tell. Cremation has taken place and a private family service will be held. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Heart and Stroke Foundation, Suite 200-6 Donald Street, Winnipeg, MB, R3L 0K6 or a charity of one's choice. Gramps we love you, may you rest in peace.
