Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryWAYNE STEVEN HNYDIUK 1947 - 2007 On Saturday, November 17, 2007 Wayne passed on to his place of peaceful rest following his battle with cancer. Wayne was married to his loving wife Marjorie (Ushey) for 41 years. He was predeceased by his parents Peter and Marion and by in-laws Joe and Lillian Ushey and Barry Ushey. He will be sadly missed by his sister Linda (Bill) Narynski and their sons Wil (Michelle) and Geri (Jennifer); sister-in-law Lynn (Wally) Moroz, nephew Fred (Becky) Moroz, niece Kara (Angel) Rivas, sister-in-law Betty (Harold) Symonds, nephew Brad-Joe (Kristin) Symonds, niece Anita (Brad) Perrigo; brother-in-law Wayne (Betty) Ushey and nephew Kevin Ushey. Uncle Wayne will be dearly missed by his great-nieces and nephews Sebastian Rivas, Natasha and Lucie Moroz, Jayden and Shaye Symonds, Brock and Dean Perrigo and Liam Narynski. The children and their parents were a great joy to Wayne and he welcomed the times spent together. Frisky was his favourite Jack Russell. To cherish his memory he leaves behind many close friends and co-workers. Wayne retired in 2002 after 37 years with the Manitoba Government Department of Natural Resources, Ground Water Division. Wayne enjoyed many years of curling at the Fort Rouge and Charleswood Curling Clubs, golfing at his beloved Charleswood Golf Course and at Bel Acres. Wayne also was an avid Billiards player. Wayne lived life to the fullest enjoying his many hobbies and crafts and trips to the lake for fishing. A dedicated, loyal, honest and loving husband with a sense of humour and quick wit. Viewing will be held at a prayer service on Wednesday, November 21 at 7:00 p.m. at Our Lady of Perpetual Help Church, 4588 Roblin Blvd. Funeral services will be held on Thursday, November 22 at 11:00 a.m. at Our Lady Of Perpetual Help, with a luncheon to be served afterward, followed by interment at All Saints Cemetery. Pallbearers are Brad Symonds, Wil and Geri Narynski, Neville Clark, Lawrence Anseeuw, Mel Locken, Ken Kirton and Murray Rosentreter. Special heartfelt thanks to Dr. Pat Harris and the staff at CancerCare. Also thanks to the extra kind staff on the fourth floor of Grace Hospital. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Wayne's memory to the Grace Hospital Foundation. Arrangements entrusted to: Chapel Lawn Funeral Home 885-9715
