MARY FRANCO (nee ZORATTI) June 3, 1918 - November 19, 2007 With hearts filled with sadness, we announce the passing of our Mother and our best friend. We find solace in knowing that she has now gone to join her soulmate and husband, Tony, whom she missed immensely since his passing in 1987. Although she had us all around her from day to day, she forever felt the loneliness of not being able to turn to him and to hold his hand. Mom is also predeceased by her parents and four brothers, Adolphe, Gus, Albert and Victor Zoratti, and their wives, as well as many good friends. She spoke of them often. She also missed her companion, her German Shepherd Hero . She leaves to cherish her memory, her loving sons and daughters; Larry (Val) Franco, children, Kelly (Tim), Candy (Ron), Karen (Jon), Kerry, Brandon (Alicia) and Scott (Sherry). Ken (Mimi) Franco, children, Cari, Cindy (Bob), Wendy and Tracy. Vic (Janice) Franco, children, Adam, Shane, Candy (Tom). Kevin (Denise) Franco, children, Anthony (Tracy) and Celeste. Antoinette (Jack) Dansereau, children Celine (Sean), Jackie (Paul), and Shannon Gagne who lived with our Mom and was her fail not caregiver, children, Elaine (Gord), Colette and Lauire (Jeff). 23 grandchildren whom she knew well and treasured. She will also be missed by extended family friend Richard Duval, and adopted son, Ernie Stacey and his children, Tanya, Drew and Curtis. She also leaves behind her 29 beautiful great-grandchildren. These people were her life to live. The family wishes to thank Home Care for their service in the past few years, especially Amanda, she was sent from God, to take special care of Mom, keeping her alert and active. We also want to say thanks for the care provided during Mom's short stay at the Concordia Hospital. Memorial service will take place on Friday, November 23 at 3:00 p.m. at Chapel Lawn Funeral Home, 4000 Portage Ave. We will forever miss you Mom, you left us memories to treasure, you taught us to love unconditionally and we will strive to make you proud. Arrangements entrusted to: Chapel Lawn Funeral Home 885-9715
