LLOYD ALAN ERICKSON August 13, 1933 - November 19, 2007 Suddenly on November 19, 2007 at his home in Lundar, Lloyd Erickson passed away at the age of 74. Lloyd was a friend to all and will be sadly missed. Lloyd is survived by his children; Heather, Loretta, Angela, Cindy and Martin; brothers William and Joe (Alice), as well as many nieces and nephews and his many friends. Lloyd is predeceased by his parents Sigurjon and Ragnheidur Erickson, brother Wilmar and sister-in-law Helene. At a young age Lloyd went to work for Sigfusson's Construction. He operated heavy equipment for them all his working life, becoming one of the best at doing finishing work with the dozer. In his retirement years Lloyd enjoyed driving with David or Brian Sigfusson to look at construction jobs or purchasing heavy equipment. Lloyd was an avid hockey fan. He never missed a Falcon senior game and was always around the rink, supporting minor hockey in Lundar. A memorial service will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Monday, November 26, 2007 at the Lundar Legion Hall with Pastor Bill Watson officiating. Interment to follow in the Lundar Municipal Cemetery.
