IRENE THERESE LAGACE (nee TELLIER) It is with graciousness that we surrendered our mother Irene to the Lord on Friday, November 23, 2007 at Victoria General Hospital at the age of 82 years. Born August 5, 1925 in La Salle, MB she leaves to mourn her husband Paul-Emile of 63 years (married September 27, 1944). She will also be lovingly remembered by her sons, Claude (Paulette), Alan (Kathy Henderson), Gilbert (Joyce Murphy), and Harvey; daughters, Dianne (Dennis), Eveline (Raymond), as well as numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren. She is also survived by her brothers, Richard (Emily) and Andy. Irene was predeceased by two sisters and six brothers. Funeral Mass will be celebrated on Tuesday, November 27, 2007 at 10:30 a.m. at the St. Hyancithe Roman Catholic Church in La Salle, MB, with Father Armand Le Gal and Father John Mackenzie presiding. Viewing will be held one half hour prior to the service. Cremation will follow and private interment of her cremated remains will take place in the La Salle Parish Cemetery at a later date. The family would like to extend heartfelt thanks to all the staff on the 5th floor of the Victoria General Hospital for the special care given to Mom.
