Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryWILLIAM AUGUST (BILL) MILLER October 5, 1915 - November 23, 2007 It is with sad hearts the family announce the passing of Bill on November 23, 2007 at Park Manor Personal Care Home with his wife by his side. Bill married Mary Magas the love of his life on August 16, 1941 and moved shortly after from Elmwood to Transcona where they raised their family. He worked as an automotive painter for Breen and Dickson Motors retiring at the age 65 from McNaught Motors. Bill enjoyed the family gatherings and was always a terrific host. His memory failed the little things but he always remembered his family. He was predeceased by his brothers and sisters Fred, Rose, Peter, Oscar, Carrie, and Clara. He is survived by his wife Mary, sons, Bill, Bob (Janice) and Fred. Grandchildren, Chris (Sandy), Jason (Jessica), Mandi (Mark), James (Lizzette). Great-grandchildren, Nicholas, Indy, Roxanne and Lola. Special thanks to all the staff at Park Manor for all their care and compassion. In lieu of flowers donations may be made in Williams's memory to the Park Manor Personal Care Home or the Manitoba Heart and Stroke Foundation. Funeral service will be held on Thursday, November 29 in Wheeler Funeral Chapel at 11:00 a.m. Vewing will be held one hour prior to service, with Chaplain John Diamond officiating. Interment to follow at Transcona Cemetery. Pallbearers will be: Chris Miller, Jason Miller, James Miller, Mark Papadopoulas, Joey Kosowan, Jared Ruffeski.
