Peacefully at Tillsonburg District Memorial Hospital on Tuesday, November 27, 2007 Clifford Keith Irwin Deitz Sr. of Tillsonburg age 70 years. Beloved father of Kim (Bob) Hanson of Winnipeg, Manitoba; Gladys (Pat) Hanson of Sanford, Manitoba; Clifford (Kim) Deitz of Tillsonburg; Cheryl Deitz of Brantford. Loving grandfather to 11 grandchildren, and five great-grandchildren. Dear brother of Gladys Cruickshank of Winnipeg; Herman Deitz of Red Lake, Ontario; Edwin (Corrine) Deitz of Milwaukee; Richard (Donna) Deitz of Winnipeg, and Gordon Deitz of British Columbia. Cliff was also predeceased by several of his siblings. The family will receive friends at Ostrander's Funeral Home, 43 Bidwell St., Tillsonburg, Ontario (519) 842-5221 on Monday, December 3, 2007 from 2:00-4:00 and 7:00-9:00 p.m. Funeral service for Cliff will be held in Ostrander's Funeral Home Chapel on Tuesday, December 4, 2007 at 11:00 a.m. Rev. Olwyn Coughlin of Tillsonburg St. Andrew's Presbyterian Church officiating. Interment Tillsonburg Cemetery. Memorial donations (payable by cheque) may be made to the Canadian Cancer Society.
