THE RT. REV. MITRAT VLADIMIR OLACH The Mitred Archpriest Vladimir Olach reposed in the Lord, on November 26, 2007 in his 92nd year. He was born October 22, 1916 in Torcynovyci, Sambir, Ukraine. His seminary formation took place in Peremyshyl (1935-39) Germany (1946-47). He was ordained to the holy presbyterate in 1948. He was awarded the rank of Canon (1988) and the rank of Mitred Archpriest (2004). He served in the Selkirk area (1948); in the Interlake (1951-66); in Brandon (1967); in Flin Flon, The Pas, Lynn Lake and Thompson (1967- 1995) and Christ the King, Winnipeg (1995 - 2007). All funeral services at Christ the King Church, 263 Fountain St. (at Logan Avenue), Winnipeg.
