Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryANN TACHAN March 25, 1918 - December 2, 2007 On December 2, 2007, Ann Tachan passed away at Concordia Hospital at the age of 89 years. Ann was predeceased by her father Fred Zuk and mother Ann along with her two sisters, Rita and Nell. She leaves to cherish her memory, her two sisters, Mary Zuk and Julie (Peter); her one brother, Nick (Thelma); her nephews, Trevor and Peter, along with her niece Diane, and her common-law spouse George Perkalaba. Ann was a professional golfer and was inducted into the Sports Hall of Fame three times. Ann was loved dearly by everyone who knew her and she will be greatly missed. Cremation has taken place and a memorial service will be held at a later date. Arrangements entrusted to: VOYAGE FUNERAL HOME CREMATORIUM 220 Hespeler Ave @ Henderson Hwy 668-3151
