DONNA MONCHAK December 6, 2005 In loving memory to our Mom and Nana. To a good life came a end, She died as she lived everyone's friend. Upright and just in her ways, Loving and kind to the end of her days. We saw her suffer, we heard her sigh, We could do nothing, but sit close by. We have lost, but Heaven has gained One of the best the world contained. We Miss You So Much Love Chris, Jackie, Tom, Derwyn, grandchildren Jason and Ryan.
