MARGARET KASIAN September 29, 1914 - December 9, 2007 Peacefully at Concordia Hospital after a brief illness, Margaret entered eternal rest at the age of 93. Margaret was a faithful member of the Sacred Heart Ukrainian Catholic Church in Tolstoi, and a longtime member of the Catholic Womens' League, until her demise. She is survived by two sons Leonard, Walter (Diane), daughter-in-law Adele Kassian, four grandchildren, seven great-grandchildren, as well as one sister Helen Choate of Detroit, Michigan, and many family and friends. Margaret was predeceased by her husband Michael, sister Mary Wnuk and brother Frank Sagan. The funeral for Margaret Kasian will be held on Thursday, December 13, 2007, at 10:30 a.m. at the Sacred Heart Ukrainian Catholic Church in Tolstoi with Rev. Dr. Gregory Zubacz officiating. Viewing will take place one-half hour prior to service. Interment in the parish cemetery will follow the service. If friends so desire, donations in her memory may be made to Sacred Heart Ukrainian Catholic Church, or the Cemetery Fund, or a charity of one's choice.
