June 10, 1931 - December 8, 2007 Passed away at Joseph Brant Memorial Hospital, Burlington on Saturday, December 8, 2007. Born in Winnipeg, Manitoba. Beloved husband of Joyce (nee O'Neill) and father of Linda and Brenda. Son of the late Annie (nee Ross) and the late Ken Packer. Survived by his sister, Marilyn Vincent and her husband Don. Brother-in-law and friend to June Lovelock and the late Bill, Gloria and David Allardyce and Kevin and Marilyn O'Neill. Ross was a 43 year employee of Otis Elevator. Many thanks to Dr. W. Nisker and the nurses on 2E and 3E floors of Joseph Brant Memorial Hospital. Visitation was at SMITH'S FUNERAL HOME, 1167 Guelph Line, BURLINGTON (905-632-3333), on Tuesday from 3:00-5:00 p.m. and 7:00-9:00 p.m. where Funeral Service will be held in the Chapel on Wednesday, December 12, 2007 at 1:00 p.m. In lieu of flowers, donations made to the Parkinson Society or Help the Aged (Canada) would be appreciated.
