TYLER CORY FROESE November 10, 1990 - December 8, 2007 Memorial Service Saturday, December 15, 2007 at 1:00 p.m. Knox United Church It is with great sadness that we announce the sudden passing of Tyler Froese, 17, loving son, brother, grandson, nephew, cousin and friend. Tyler was predeceased by his Aunt Darlene Froese and his cousin Nicole Devion. He will be lovingly missed by his parents Jo-Ann Gregoire (Rhoda Brown), Erwin Froese, stepmom Maria and brother Maxwell Froese. Also left to mourn are Tyler's grandparents Corney and Susan Froese, Memére and Pepére Ralph and Flo Gregoire, extended grandparents Joao and Alicia Faria, and Grandma Brown, Aunts Eveline Harder, Uncle Don (Bonnie), Uncle Bob, Uncle Norm (Lee), cousins Michael (Kiri), David, Jon, Jason, Kelsey and great cousin Finn, extended aunts and uncles Joe Faria, cousin Joao Faria and Sandra Faria and Allen Brown, Sandra and Derek Wilden and cousins Mitchell and Matheson. Tyler was born in Winnipeg, Manitoba. At the age of three, Tyler, with his family, moved to Kenora where they resided at Beauty Bay. Here Tyler met many good friends from both Kenora and Winnipeg. Tyler attended O.L.V., S.M.B., Lakewood and was in his final year at Beaver Brae High School. There are many friends that have followed Tyler through the years and many more he has made along the way. Tyler easily made friends wherever he went. Tyler was very involved in karate and even made a trip to the National Competition in Ottawa. He later became involved in Army Cadets. Tyler took great pride in the awards he won and the experiences he gained. Tyler also enjoyed downhill skiing. He spent countless hours at Evergreen Ski Hill in Kenora and had many great memories of ski trips to Banff and Lake Louise with his father. Tyler was a natural born swimmer and enjoyed waterskiing, kneeboarding, wakeboarding and jumping at the cliffs. Tyler had the opportunity to travel to Venezuela with his mother. This trip seems much more special today. When Tyler wasn't with his friends, he spent time listening to music - he had a gift of knowing the lyrics of every song he knew, with or without the music. Tyler especially enjoyed spending time with his little brother Max. Max was a saving grace for Tyler - there is no love like the love of a small child. No words can express how special Tyler was to everyone who knew him. We will all miss him very much. We wish he knew how much he truly was loved. A Memorial Service will be held on Saturday, December 15, 2007 at 1:00 p.m. at the Knox United Church on the corner of 5th Avenue South and 2nd Street South, in Kenora, Ontario.
